STAAR Solutions gets many requests for proposals to handle sponsorship campaigns and unfortunately we cannot assist everyone: Below are some guidelines to consider before approaching us or any sponsorship agency. Fees are confidential and negotiated separately.
Almost all sponsorship properties have unique features, but almost all sponsorship campaigns have a similar chain of events: STAAR Solutions seeks properties that are usually in the regional to state level and on some occasions a local level. We do Not handle national properties that involve National TV or International marketing; however we can refer to a few who do.
STAAR Solutions does Not do philanthropy, meaning we choose not to participate in straight forward fund raising or extensive grant writing. We do some limited and very specific grant writing as a part of our overall sponsorship mix.
Note: more than likely (other than format), there is generally nothing we have not seen in the past so please be open with us. Bottom line, the more we know up front the better decision we can make on how to help or who to send you to.
